Yes a few do stay on the grain pan. Other places that need a vac to get 100% clean, 1)under unload auger in grain tank 2) unload auger at pivot, swing out auger and open the two hatches (one has snaps the other four bolts, usually a coffee can or two there, 3) a few beans under distribution augers too. Other things we do, 1) run seperator with bottoms of clean grain and return elevators open, 2) clean out grain in moisture sensor for yield monitor, and 3) blow out area around cage with air gun. The grain from all of these areas usually adds up to less than 5 gallon pail. When switching between varities we usually just purge combine. However, if contamination is a real issue these are the areas that we have found to hold the most grain.
