Open up chaffer and wind on 5-6. Rolls are worn out completely if you can insert a pencil between them. Chances are you never had the machine fully loaded, load her till she pulls down a coulple of 100's then back off 10%. You should never be able to throw wheat out the back of a properly set GlEANER!

If the notches are close to smooth They are past wore out. It is not to hard to put in new ones. You will make up the time it takes to put them in in a hurry.

Make sure your uppper air duct is open and not plugged. Put on safety glasses and a ribbon on a stick will tell if a stiff breeze is coming out under the acc rolls. We get into 100 bu often and run up to 7 on the air with a 93 R62. Should be able to run 4-4.5 mph easy. I'd look for air as a problem. This is not to minimize the need for good acc rolls.

Same problem with an N7 long time ago. Sheets of grain on the ground from the shoe. Could not stop grain going out with any and all of our adjustments. Replaced accelerator rolls. Problem completely solved. If the notches are worn off the rolls, they are well and truly past use by date. The accelerator rolls are one of the most critical parts of the cleaning process on the Gleaners.

Your accellerator rolls are wore out but you should still be able to get by. Increase your air to 5-6 . I think you are overloading the shoe by not blowing the chaff off the shoe. The grain is just riding over with the chaff.
