The sericeman was in the area,he stopped in and put some o rings in that had vanished. Works fine now.

Had same thing happen last year. It was o-ring, but I don't remember which. Think it was on back side cause I remember taking the valve stack loose.

Sounds like the square o-ring on the secondary poppet or the seat for this poppet is loose. Remove plug on inside, the one with adjusting screw for rate of raise, then remove spring and poppet. The square o-ring is in a grove in the housing and the poppet passes through it. If the o-ring is ok, try pulling seat with o-ring pick, if you can move it, remove and replace small o-ring on OD of seat. The raise poppet is on the combine side of valve stack so its a bit of a job to see it with out removing valve stack. Maybe use of miror and light if your good or remove stack for a better look. Ether way, make sure header is lowered all the way down and accumulator is turned off. Or get local Dealer to repair. Good luck

the oring was the 71321101 which lets the poppet seat move with the poppet. This is covered in hypermods or tips I thinks.
