Jack up rear frame completely and grease center pivot and spindles until grease comes out top and bottom. Check steeing pressure. Many were just low and needed to be set. Most machines have and external adjustment for the pressure. Things had changed some in this area over the years. Depending on the year you may be interested in the latest valve kit. I believe that was standard around '95. Good luck
