The only thing I would worry about is your Deere operating neighbor going deaf that much faster listening to that Gleaner growl from behind! 30 hp shouldn't harm a thing. Tom langan

As long as your '62 is turboed I would bet your OK. I would bet there are plenty machines out there that are juiced more than that. Be sure you keep your valves set for they have a tendency to lose there clearance. Seems like the more power you use the quicker the valves snug up. Maybe the Deutzman will come on and help us out on this one. Good day. Dan

We ran a 62 that they installed a 300 horse engine in. The only thing to watch out for is the extra stress on the truck driver trying to keep up! It worked really good for us. Untill it is time to trade in, then you hate to go back in horsepower to a 62 so plan on a 72 for your next purchase.
