Have you checked fly wheel run outIJ I know its apples and oranges but I had a Cummins triple nickle with .009 fly wheel runout and it would shake everything apart. I emeryed the mating sufaces especially little mushrooms around the bolt holes and criss-cross torqued. ' got .001 runout and end of problems. Some old girls are more particular than others or so I'm told daily.
