you do not have to break the a_c lines. When we did ours I took too much off...for some reason I always make things difficult. Pretty straight forward, will probably need help to lift it up and out. If I remember correctly I tied the rotary screen up before unbolting it. I'm not trying to sell anything, but you may want to replace the balancer if you have not done so recently. I believe deere recommends 5 years_4500 hours, and it is alot easier with the radiator out.

You should be able the take the frame work between the landing and the engine off, take the exhaust pipe off, then the engine fan off and pull the fan shrouds out and then pull the core out. Is is a very snug fit, but it will come out.
