THe rain went as far as the sothern coast, however not enough in the riverina_northern Victoria. They will neede more in another week, although things could not get any better in Southern Victoria. Crops look fantastic, and it is not to wet.

I have some bad memorys of bog holes from up North last year. Sitting in at the bowling club at Coonamble having a meal, during the rain last Novermber, and by the time we had finished our lamb chops, the bowling green looked like a swimming pool. Sick of wet harvests, looking foward to a dry one this year.

I too was in Coonamble during the rain. Spending everday from 10:00am until 1:00 in the pub.

How about you send some of that 7 inches up into Queensland. We've only had 5 inches for the year, normally would have about 14" by this time of the year. Plenty of bad stories about last year's harvest around. We finished job North East of Moree on 13th December, normally over by 15th November, that's what 12" rain does to you. How far north do you go with your harvestingIJ Do you start in QldIJ

Started at Northstar last year. Was aiming to go to Emrald this year, but due to the bad conditions that you have been suffering from, it looks like Northstar will be our start point again. Would have loved to go into QlD to help pay for the machine, but that is life. Just hope that we can have a better run than last year. Hope you get some more rain soon. Will be hoping all of our rain goes to you guys. We don't want anymore decent rainfall for at least 2 months.
