see posts below on speed up sheave 71374737 and belt 71368809 Once a day is pretty good, you ought to hear the 9750 STS down th road, sounds like a Tommy Gun every round.
A couple of things to check... Are you running the feeder on the fast settingIJ Maybe you left it on the slow sheave if you had done some corn. Are your drum height blocks set on the "grain" positionIJ All fourIJ Check for dirt buildup on the feederhouse floor in the transition area that might be upsetting crop flow. Hope you find the problem. Keep us informed... Tom langan
hdh ------ Mike is not the only one that expects his gleaner to cut 40 plus BU beans at 5MPH with a 30 ft head because I do too and if it is not doing that something is wrong!!
Are you sure it is the rear feed slipingIJ Do you have rock sumpIJ Do you have rear chain tentioned according to book or more like 5" on springsIJ It is rare for rear feed to plug in our area but if it isn't pulling material from front feed the front feed will plug. You may want to have rear feed corn stripper removed if haveing troubles with rear feed.
