I don't know really but I would think it would take 2 men nearly a couple of days. We replaced the pto seal, shaft and bush which goes into the flywheel and it was quite a big job. i think I would check the bush and shaft end while you are in there. I would certainly change the pto seal as it it right infront of you and easy to just pull out and replace!
