Did you replace the "O" ring on the plateIJ If not, and that is the only place it is leaking. Then I would try replacing the o ring and see what happens. If it is leaking other places also, I would take it in. I had mine on my 860 leaking also. It had good power, and seemed to work alwright, but it would leak oil when setting. I took it in to get it rersealed. When they opened it up they found some of the pistons were starting to fail. Every thing else was within limits, just the plastic fillers in the pistons were comming loose.So I got a complete rebuild, and they also load tested it. It cost between 8and900 In 2003. mine was a sunstrand pump also. So if yours has many hours on it. and the o ring dosen't fix it, it might be a good idea to take it in and have it looked at.Where I took mine, they had me in and out in under 3 hrs. and they had all the tools and parts on hand to fix just about any hydrostat.
