Dwight was always a little moody, but I think he tried to "cut too wide a swath" himself. He always boasted that you could deal "directly with the boss", but for a dealership his size, one salesman probably wasn't enough. Bruce Gowland was the same way in Grand Valley, although I always found Bruce to be very friendly and accommodating. Dwight represents one of the last few "mom and pop" sole proprietorship dealerships. I will never deal with Vincents.
