Combines Reel goes up on header but doesn t come down on 9600IJ

was the prob there b4 u got the leak fixed and was the leak on the solanoid which operates the reel lift..if the prob occured after the leak was fixed it sounds has if u may have a sticking valve or it got damaged during reassemble...also check for the quick release coupleing to see if it is not jamming on u good luck..oh an make sure all ur switchs are in netral position cheers

Have you replaced the unloading auger limiter switch its on top of the unloading auger it shuts the unloading auger off when in gets to the end of the stroke the reel and the unloading auger are tied togather try that if yours is green it hasnt been changed you have to adjust it to get the auger all the way in but not to far as the hyd will keep bypassing you should try to rember to pup the auger swing in the nutral while combining. another thing to check is if your cyclinder speed works right when your reel is acting up if you try to slow down the cyclinder speed and it shoots up in speed I have and idea your number one valve is sticking not to bad I think the hyd block for number one is 145 bucks good luck and let us know how you make out
