I would look for a broken O-ring for the soliniod poppet seat in the reel height control valve. It is the fifth valve up from the bottom in the valve stack. Rod

Dealer will come out this week and look at it. He will still fix it for free. He said it may be the switch hanging up. I'm not sure about thatIJ Thanks, Ilnh

I had this problem with my old l2. After many hours of the gleaner mechanic coming out and getting no luck. I called my grandpa up in South Dakota and sent me down the anwser to my reel problems. He gave me a bottle of blue pills and said to put some in the oil, and I asked what would that help and he told me "I don't know but it always keeps mine up" so I tried it and to my disbelief it works. The only trouble is it doesn't come down easily.
