Combines reman combines

Jason: We've done this some to quite a few different models of combines. Gone from stem to stern, added updates and even a couple of new powerplants, and provided a warranty. The problem is in financing -- no matter how you rebuild a machine, a banker will still look at it as an old machine -- to him, a 6620 built in '85 is still just that, an old machine, and he will look only at book value. They'll usually finance about 1_2 of the amount in my experience.

The Aussies have been doing this for decades with great success. After they are done, they also repaint the entire combine, with new decals, and it looks like a brand new combine. Very impressive.

Only cause we can't afford a new $350 000 combine imported from the states or Europe!! Thanks to our worthless dollar.
