Combines Removal of Straw Walker Pan on 860

No need to remove rear of combine . Just remove the chopper, and the divider sheet above the chopper, and the pan will slide out the back.There also might be a cross brace bar in back that has to be removed. Can't remember for sure. Not too bad a job. Hardest part is removing the chopper. Good luck. Joe

You must have strange chopper Joe since my MF one slips out on rails. But if the combine has a rethresher below the walkers as the european ones have this will need to come out as well, but again is not that bad but it is best to have two people

My chopper also slides back. But I still had to remove it to get clearance to slide out somethingIJ I was removing some walkers also at the time, so it may have been for them. It has been awhile. I didn't have to remove the rethresher on mine. As it does not protrude into the machine. Joe
