We had both outside walkers cracked when we bought our 860. If you have any luck you may be able to take them in and out through the inspection hole over the walkers. Otherwise remove the rear hood which goes around and over the walkers and then remove the walker grain pan. Remove the sieves to gain access to the front wlker bearings blocks. Undo the front and rear bearing blocks and you're away. Consider strengthening the right hand walker where there is a cut out section to accomodate the returns. Also upon installation of the returns deflector be sure to mount it on top of its respective part of the walker body and not on the bottom as the tolerance was so close on ours that it just hit the walker grain pan when running. We found that out the hard way after we had everything reinstalled. Good luck.
