Combines removing coolant thermostat from dt 466 1660 combine

Have removed the thermostat and tested it. It starts to open at 196 F and is fully open about 205 F. On thermostat is stamped xx 180 and 11 K5 symbols. I suppose that it is 180 F thermostat. Spare parts catalogue says it should be 190 F thermostat. Should I replace or notIJ.
