You hit on a sore point with me. AGCO and before them, Allis, doesnt ship direct to customers. I have MF tractors and their parts ordering is much more user friendly. I call, fax, or email an order to the dealer and parts arrive UPS the next day. Cummins, Cat, and Deutz engine parts are the same. Although the local AGCO dealer is only 4 miles away, it takes an hour or so to get a car out, drive there and back, and wait in line for parts. My time is worth more than that. lets hope someone from AGCO doesnt read this and shut off Masseys excellent parts service. Tom in MN
