time the vertical auger tip 90 degrees before the horizontal tip. put tip of bottom auger facing outside of cab side and horizontal tip straight down. install back auger so there is one flat on shaft opening between the two tips. yes install with two washers on each side of bearing. make sure hex shaft fits loose also. then turn to make sure it don't hit.
