Go with the Crary or stock case IH....if the Tiger jaws are the smaller sections, they are very inferior to a standard size sickle section, the Crary spring loaded hold down is very good.
I've ran Crary and Tiger Jaws on Gleaner and dislike both. Tiger Jaws wear extremely fast and Crary would cut a little better,but not near as well as factory 3" on my CIH 1020. Shoup offers 3" sections,guards,and wear plates for factory 3". At a lower cost than my dealer. Your dealer might offer a kit at a special price. Good luck! Wolffman
