Combines Reverse Bar Position

I don't know what advantages or disadvantages there would be to putting reverse bars in the 2nd row vs the 3rd row, but I would NOT put them over the concave! We want to get the crop material off the concave ASAP - that's the whole idea of extending the helical over the feeder opening. Slowing crop flow out of the concave area can only cause problems in my opinion. Problems with threshing new crop coming in, feeding problems, rock door problems, chewed straw, etc. Just my opinion- Tom langan

Position A and D take alot of power. Two R bars in position B, start of separator, has been best overall for me. Keep them off the concave. 90 bu wheat is what I'm in now.

Did you try a stationary rasp bar or seperator side or such up the seperator grateIJ
