Combines Right side shoe overload

Check the grate under the impeller or chopper and also check the fan for plugging and the screen protecting the fan. The bottom screen is not closed too muchIJ - this will overload the tailings and then the shoe. Rolls can be moved around as RH wears faster than lH,but if have the time pop for a new set and see immediate results. Yes, one can remove pins to allow augers to move grain over more and troughs can be extended or removed however me thinks this will not be necessary. Move the grate down two marks toward MAX. IF no noticable improvement move it up 2 marks toward min and open concave setting 2 marks more open.

Have grate 1 1_2 marks toward max. Set at about 16 on outside(is that to muchIJ) 270-290rpm. Cob breakup is noticeably less. Not overloading now, but running slower with cleaner sample. 3.7mph with 8 row in 180-200Bu 20% corn. Had grate straightened and hard surfaced before beans, with hard surfaced cyl bars.
