Ritchie Brothers Auction St Louis

Does anyone know about the Ritchie Brothers Auction in St. Louis? They seem to be closing up shop in some locations.

I thought they'd gone out of business years ago when they started shutting down their shops, but I see their stock is at a decent price, so they're still going strong I guess. I never checked out one of their auctions since they mostly specialized in heavy industrial equipment that I wouldn't need. Maybe they're consolidating to save money.
