Combines Rock door hump

I would leave door in place and latched. First, fold concave open. Second, attach large visegrips to thick ripping that runs across bottom of door. Attach the visegrips in such a manner as to hold up the side plates when the bolts are removed. Third, lightly set hump onto door and start all the bolts. Fourth, remove one bolt at a time to apply loctite and reinstall. Fifth, tighten it all up. You may want to chase the threads before setting hump into place. This goes rather smoothly as compaired to removing and replacing door. First P3's of the R60-70's would need door pulled out or rotor pulled for eaze of installation. First P3's of R40-50's will need holes drilled in door for the center two bolts. There is a total of 6 bolts holding hump in on small P3's and 8 bolts on large P3's. Good luck.

lowen also makes one. I like it better than agco's the hump is a little higher. We also have had a local machine shop build one or two. I liked the ones the local guy made the best because the hump was closer to the cyl. the stone had less chance to get buy and also there was less of a pocket. All of them work well however. we used to take grates out at least once a year now if we take one out we have to think about how to do it its been so long. I put a lowen in a freinds 52 last fall it was 230 bucks. Tim
