Combines Rock Trap on N5

It may be good it is doing this if slug is to big. Is the slug from swather or headerIJ Is straw in wet clumpsIJ Often times the swather man should be the combine man. Is latch unlatching and is it the pin or roller latch styleIJ May need to check trap door bounce if you feel door is still opening to EZ. Do you think it is the straw coming around cage and doubleing load on door because helicals aren't moving straw overIJ What does it have for helicalsIJ The flat iron style (shimmed or not)IJ Green stem kit installed or notIJ Channel iron helicalsIJ Try determine exact cause and let us know. I have found hte problem, and it is good it was opening. once I got got over the excitment of starting to combine I stated using my head and not keep the grain head so low. Thank you for the help! Mike Cerciello
