Combines Rocks in the Combine

combining edible beans i picked up a rock the size a football it first broke out 4 fingers and bent the drum in the header. then it went through the feeder house and caused the feeder chain to jump one cog off on one side. it then found its way to the cylinder where it bent 3 cylinder bars and also bent up the beater. the rock got broke up in the cylinder and then pieces of the rock caused the elevator chains to bind up and quit turning and the knives in the chopper also got damaged. the only way i know to prevent this is by watching for rocks before they get in the header

Bad Day !!

one of my guys were running a 9600 cutting for a friend. Picked up a block and bent the cylender, and I got blamed. Cost Farm Bureau insurance $9600 while my wheat stayed in the feild.$9600 for a 9600, Ironic Ain't it.
