we run an 8570 bought it in the fall of 93, used it the 1st time in 94 cutting wheat. we run it in corn, beans, and wheat but have not ran for 3 years now in wheat. we have 2100hrs on it. i like the hydrostat rotor on it is is very simple lot simpler than the other brands that use belts on the rotors. i woudl reccomend one to anybody. i think the 8780 would be nice but if u could go to the XP version. i don't know much about the whites though but a friend of ours the people that he is working for used to run one they say it was a great machine if somebody would just get like the odds and ends done to it like beef up things and just make it more sound. hope this helps allen

I ran my 8570 for the first time in 2000, did wheat, soybeans and edible beans. I thought it was a great machine, could stay with any 9600 in the country and do a cleaner sample in the hopper. Dealer support is the limiting factor in this area.
