My R60 has an accumulator that softens the shock to the rotor belt. I dont know if your R62 is the same. Hopefully, you will hear from one of the more knowledgeable guys later in the day.

We need more information to troubleshoot this problem.You said you checked the torque sensor.Did you take it apart for inspectionIJHow often do you grease itIJCan you stick a prybar in it and get the torque sensor to open upIJWhat crop are you harvestingIJWhat is your rotor speedIJHow is the rest of the cage area setupIJ(reverse bars(how many),extended cyl.bars at discharge end,wires removed from concave).Give us some answers to the above and maybe we can get your problem solved.
