we had 2 2388s and one combine did that when it was brand new the pulleys where 1_4' out of been square you need a long strait edge and go to the drive pulleys and just see if they are square a fraction of a inch will eat belts its easy to do and a easy fix. your combine is 2 years old and i bet it wasn't done at the factery it dos,t take much to throw it out of allingment. hope this helps.let me khow what the problem was.
