you have to hold the back of the rotor up. we done it just by putting 2x4s on the grates than moving up or wiggle with a bar

take the top cover off of the rotor back in the engine compartment and use a come-a-long and hook it to one of brackets on the rotor which hold the rasps bars in place and on the top place a big bar across the engine comparment lid and that should work fairly easy for installation. Trust me I have done about 25 of them on the year old 2388's last year where i work NOT FUN@
