j72, Just trying to make sure you have everything done to your rig. Did you check to make sure that concave is levelIJ Have you taken the wedge out of the concaveIJ Hump kit installed on rock doorIJ These things should be checked or done on the threshing side. You mentioned in a earlier post about extending third helical from gearbox. Recently we have been extending this helical right on down across sep. grate. This has been eliminating some rumble that has been occrring at night. You say you have all forward cylinder bars and on seperator end you have every other row forward and remaining four rows have seperator lugs installed.(Just the way it should be.) The only things that I can see that would cause your power problems and grinding problems are, (1)I would still like to see four cylinder bars into discharge area, need to feed material into discharge area, not force it past a solid wall of discharge paddles spinning. (2)Pulling every other wire from seperator grate in your conditions to me is only going to grind material and take more power, you already have a silage condition with all the green materail coming into the rotor.(This is why I still prefer the long narrow opening modification to seperator grate, less cross bars, less grinding, less power loss, less material on shoe.) (3) Speed of cylinder,I know you are trying to convey your material, but 900rpm can only contribute to grinding material and turn it into a ball of rumble. Sounds like your real close on your transformation.Try a few more things and I am sure everything will come together.let us know of further developments. Safe Harvesting, Hyper Harvest II

Do you have any suggestions for getting the sickle to keep up with a Hypered processorIJ We are cutting 15% beans that have wet stalks and some green leaves. The sickle can't cut fast enough to keep the processor full. Thanks for the advice you have given us. Mods changed my R60 into a dream machine. Tom in MN
