Combines Rotor loss Monitor

Your exactly right for the material that hits monitor is not lost. It may not even be grain. It is only meant to be a guideline of what is exiting cage to cleaning system near the discharge. I think module can be set to get good reference of what your could be losing as long as you don't have a bunch of junk hitting pad. I have mounted fingers in front of pad on a machine and moved pad to other side of support on another to get it more in jive with shoe loss module settings. Don't get enough time to run with machines to find best location for any one crop. The pad is in same place on the new systems of the R65-75s. Don't know how much better the new system is but seems to work. One thing for sure is they are a much better tool for measuring loss as long as machines are set up to not grind up the straw and sent threw cage. Good luck
