1-1.5 is still less than 1%. But if you still want to eliminate some of the rotor loss, try adjusting the stripper plates so that you are not taking in so much trash. That will effect the rotor loss.

Check the Hyper Mods on the left side of the page and then rotor mods. A couple address this situation and could be done with out a lot of work.
