Combines Rotor Mod decrease output

It never ceases to amaze me that even with the overwhelming evidence that the Hyper Mods increase rotor capacity, lower rotor loss and horsepower requirements there are still unbelievers out there. This fall I was custom combining for a neighbor who is very impressed with my "Hyperized" N6 and he asked me if my machine did as good of a job before I hypered it. I told him how disapointed I was with the capacity and grain sample before I did the mods. By doing just the rotor mods (no grate or F2 bars) I had a completely diferent machine with unbelieveable capacity and excellent sample. Since then I have done the grate and F2 bars which has just enhanced an already excellent machine. Just sign me a Hyper Mod convert forever, Pete Hinrichsen

They have had problems with the fingers on the AGCO flex header. Took out the cam that moves the fingers twice last year. (This was on a Challenger combine.) AGCO replaced the whole auger, no questions asked, this year worked fine.

We hyperized our machines this year and what a smooth machine, never felt capacity decrease, and no more loss noticed on the rotor. Definately a believer.

I wonder if factory guys spend too much time in wheat country.

Well, hopefully he's in the minority. I know there are some within AGCO who really seem to defend that P3 rotor unaltered. But there are those, both young and old within the company to whom I've spoken, who realize that there is something better out there. That's where the CDF rotor came from. Finally a rotor designed for the corn and soybean guys as well. It does a great job.
