Nick - You will need to remove the rotor to get the Hyper mods done unless you're a helluva lot smaller than me! You can ask Dan about the pre-made "wedge". I think I read once that they were offering them. As for the helicals, it is an easy task to extend them where needed. Discharge bars - having all eight set up like you described is better than stock, but better yet to have four bars extended all the way across discharge. We simply bought four discharge "bars" from loewen. These Hyper mods are quite simple to do. It took two of us a good day to Hyperize the rotor and cage in our R52 and we could have cut the next morning if the crop had been ready. Good luck! Tom langan

Hey Nick you need to remove the rotor to add the helical bar and triangle. There is a place in S.D. somewhere that makes the extended bars and triangular piece. I don't quite understand your other question but would visit with you if need be just email me back and I'll give you my number.
