There are a lot of different ways to tweek the Size 80 specialty rotor. Assuming your not harvesting Rice, Grass Seed, Sunflowers, or food grade crops, you probably really only need to worry about how many Straight Separator Bars you are running and where they are located. The Specialty Grain has 4 Straight Separator bars staggered near the rear of the rotor. I'm not sure about the Specialty Corn. The Rochelle certainly has the straight bars placed over the concaves, but I'm not sure how many total it has. We really like the Gordon bars over the front of the rotor. They are perhaps the most "universal" solution and Marvin can comment more accurately if you describe the crops you will be harvesting. As for wear, I don't think you can beat them. They will certainly outlast your combine.
