The reason for the broken belt could be because of insuffecient grease in the top pulley. With 200 hrs on my R65 that same belt broke, dealer said it was probably because of not enough grease in it from the factory. You can't "over grease" that pulley so don't be stingy when greasing it.
Thank you SlIMS for the tip. Got the old belt off and used a 2x4 cut to point to drive the sheaves apart. The new belt went on with a little elbow grease. Thanks again
