I bought a set to get green-stem beans through my 1440 easier.I thought the round bars would reduce the drag in that area.I think they helped.I tinker with something different every year,and maybe it's a little hard to tell,because of different conditions from one year to the next.But I'm not sorry I bought them,and I'm going to keep on using them.I thought they threshed corn and beans fine.Mine are made by Harvest Services in Canada,and were bought through Manchester Farm Center in North Manchester,In.[www.manchesterfarmcenter.com].Hope this helps.
