Combines round hole sieves

Airjet sieves have been single best machine investment I have made in last three years. I would imagine our Scottish conditions are similar to yours. We need to use barley_oat screen (I think it is 9_16 hex hole) as our wet soft wheats wont seperate through wheat version. Concave setup has been 3 wide wire concaves with 1 cover plate. If there is too much chaff or "white caps" in sample we add a second cover plate. I have renewed fan drive belt and screwed it up to 1300rpm. This setup seems to reduce rotor losses in our damp conditions by eliminating returns. We have fitted 3 "wireless" helical concaves for this season and though we havent started wheat, results in damp oats with water filled stems have been encouraging. As soon as rotor losses show on monitor due to concave bockage, 100m with concaves zeroed and "pinging" clears them completely. When using wired concaves, you couldnt scrape the damp leaf material off the wires which sat below the concave bars. If you like I can email you a photo of these as Marvin doesnt seem to have an up to date picture of the wireless version on his helical page.
