Combines sale to agco

THEY CAN GAIN more market share by selling the rights to agco because they wont have the over head expense of manufacturing it . AGCO WIll MAKE IT AND CAT WIll HAVE the right to market agco products painted cat yellow which will be a win win situation for both cat and agco because agco will sell more of their products through cat dealers and cat will have a full line of equipment because before the venture cat only had a combine and tractor line now they have planters hay tools and a wheeled tractor line that they hadnt had before.IT MAKES SENSE FOR them to do this because they will both gain more market share. chad e shafer

My 2 cents, The lawsuit between deere and Cat was settled out of court pretty peacfully, 2 month slater Cat sells there belted tractors to Agco. Is Deere looking to put Cat engines in their productsIJ I also heard that Cat sold the MTs to buy CNHIJ the price of their stock it could be done. Just a couple rumors I supposeIJ
