Hey there. I asked the same IJ a while back. Most did not like it much and apparently a bad head banger when messing around out the back there. If i ever get caught up on what seems to be a ever increasing work load i will go hydraulic chaff for a start and Kirby ultimately but they recommend the straw be chopped before hitting the Kirby. The straw apparently from the rotor can slow and stall the Kirby ,narrow ,thick, fast. Thanks Camshaft for advice on that a while ago. Will take out old spreader drive and run its own pump off the discharge beater where the drive for the old spreader came from. Have its own self contained system and runs only when seperater runs. My thoughts bye Pengs
