we are very satisfied I still don't think anyone makes anything out there that can cover a 30ft-36ft path thats just a lot to cover with spinners

They work fine and if you need more just put the curved bats on and not a problem to get 30 ft

Yes, I agree that is alot to cover with spinners. However, we use an external rear mount chopper instead. Chaff and straw both enter the chopper. The way the chopper is designed spread widths of 36+ feet are attainable. Email me if you have any IJ's. www.redekopmfg.com

Could someone explain the spreader setup they are using to get a 30' spread. I have the factory installed spreaders on my 1680 and I think they do a terrible spread job. Are there spreader updatesIJ

We run 2388s and have installed metal curved bats from CaseIH and can cover a 30 ft spread very nicely we do run choppers in these machines.
