Yeah I seen them in Carmen, OK the other day and I couldn't fugure out what the deal was, but now I know. Kinda looked a little goofy to me. But thanks for bringing that up because I was going to ask what the deal was but forgot.
The overhead air intake system would be similar to the design that we developed on the XBR2 Bi-Rotor back in 1993-94. It is good to see John Deere beginning to apply some of those XBR2 concepts. The grain handling system, lateral distributor and rotating concaves will all become improvements on future combines. Too bad it is taking so long for the STS to run its course.
