Yes you can. Bolt them to the underside of the ledge. Big improvement over standard guides.

Does the rollers help that muchIJ On a 30 foot flex I've broken more than my share of knife heads but I started beefing them up with keystock and so far that has held up but I'm sure a little extra slack wouldn't hurt. How many rollers would it take on a 30'IJ How about priceIJ

They help alot we run in alot of damp and muddy condition and would always break the heads or break the bar it's self last year put them on and never broke once. I put a whole new sch bar i think it was an additional 150_200 bucks for the roller guides on a 30 foot head. Tim

When adding roller guards to an existing SCH cutterbar it recommends replacing the sickle bar or changing sections and flipping to the unused side of the sickle bar. Can I just added the roller guards on the existing sickle without doing these steps on the sickle and just use my sickle they way it is setup now with roller guardsIJ

We didn't flip ours. Couldn't see any wear or rough spots that would cause a problem. Have done 600 acres of wheat so far. Unbelievable how much smoother and easier it runs.
