Keith, The standard drive sheave dimension is 7.69" and there are two available speed up sheaves from AGCO. One is part n71328453 which is 8.438" and this is optional speed-up. The second is the drive sheave used on rigid headers which is part n71360877 and measures 9.844". Again these are the drive sheaves not the driven on the wobble box itself. Hope this helps. I have heard that the SCH is supposed to run at 540. I have some specs put together that I was planning on getting on our website this winter. There are five different size pulleys available these days. I'll give you the specs I have written down. If indeed the SCH is supposed to run at 540 it would appear Gleaner is running it a little slow on the 8000's. I have only played with pulley sizes to reduce vibration on the rigid heads and to try get the quick cut to cut cleaner in our conditions. Slower sickle speed did reduce vibration on the rigid heads but faster speed on the quick cut didn't seem to make much difference. 71358711 6.89" 423-428RPM This is slowest pulley for quick cut and listed for 8000 quick cut. 71358971 7.68" 470-475RPM This is medium quick cut pulley, slowest for standard sickle in flex, and is labeled for 8000 with SCH. 71328453 8.27" 507-514RPM This is labeled for slowest drive for rigid head and fastest for quick cut. 71371580 9.13" 565RPM This is labeled for 7000 rigid head. 71360877 9.84" 617RPM This is labeled fastest available speed for Rigid head.
