I would prefer the digital readout method that way you could keep a number for reference and go back to that setting.

yes you could adjust manually by taking one nut off of the control rod.

yes he is, but this one will end up to be quiet a bit cheaper that that model.

Do the one that you adjust with a rocker switch. price matters, but more important is reliability. good idea
