I have a Challenger 670 with an 8-30 corn head, 30' grain head with fore_aft to sell. The combine has duals, rear wheel assist, chaff spreader, chopper and bin extensions. There are 840 thresher hours on it and the combine has been re-built inside after a stone damaged it. I am a New Holland dealer in Indiana and the entire package can be bought for $128,500.00 with free finance to Sept. 1, 2007. The 670 has a rock trap on it, how did it get rock damageIJ Dee

Apparently there was an earlier version of the rock trap that was smaller than a replacement design. The new, larger one was put on this machine. I don't know if the damage was caused by the original one being too small, the operator not servicing the trap, or a simple set of circumstances that let one slip by.

Why would a MF 9790 be traded on a New Holland.

Yes, MF9790, the combines are as follows one 05 with 530 seperator hours, one year warranty left, all upgrades_campaigns will be complete. Machine is fully loaded except fieldstar. It has lateral tilt. We have pick up headers and 36 foot AGCO headers. One 06 with 498 seperator hours, fully loaded with fieldstar and lateral tilt. One year warranty on this machine and all upgrades_campaigns will be complete as well. As far as major problems we had none. The machines worked well for us. I have run JD and NH before and we had the least amount of trouble with these than we have had with any machine. Please email me at zdiamond@telusplanet.net.
