If you mean cageIJ You start at the left side. Pull roter out then the seperator side of cage.Now if you mean the thashing side that is a lot of work, we ended up cutting old 1 by 1 square cage parts out and reweld new back in, worked fine and was a lot less work. Make sure you do a lot of marking so you get the cage back to round. We did have the older combine with only one set of square holes and the rest solid. If you take it out every thing goes out the left side. If you buy new parts you could buy another N 5 for not much more. Good luck
