BCA 5210 KZZE This seams to be very good bearing with two rows of balls and sealed on both sides. I had my pulley reamed for a just fit to bearing and then loctite in. My fellow Gleaner repairman Ray has done quite a few and he says his machinest says pulley is made of green iron. He suggests to turn pulley out to accept sleeve and then turn out for slight press fit to bearing. We'll have a good idea after this harvest as to how much good it did. Take care

My personal experience relating to AGCO product issues is to make them known to marketing and management. I had two complaints regarding tractor issues and both were resolved to my satisfaction. With this being an ongoing issue that needs design change attention, it would be well worth the efforts to write letters to Duluth from a customer standpoint as well as dealer interface meeting complaints. They do listen. Call Tom Draper and_or Kevin Bien; and let it be known (770) 813-9200. Still no resultsIJ then try Robert Crain! I can assure you that this company wants to get it right and the only way they can is if the issues are known to the right people. I have been on a couple of Hesston tours in the past years and at the end of the tour, the guides brought engineering representatives in who constantly questioned if there were any issues that needed to be addressed and what our needs were. They need to know.
